At the August 3, 2026, Study Session, City Council received presentations from five outside organizations requesting financial support through the 2027 budget. The purpose of this Special Study Session is to obtain City Council consensus regarding these requests so staff can finalize the Proposed 2027 Budget for Council consideration.
